As a scooter enthusiast, I'm always on the lookout for cool images. This image makes interesting use of negative space and transparency in a way thought I thought might be fun and challenging.
The circle shape in the background was obviously the first order of business, accomplished by assigning a linear-gradient and then using circlular pseudo elements.
The scooter's luggage compartment is transparent and so it's background color shifts depending on screen width and its alignment in front of the circle. The "Vespa" icon is, admittedly, an image :(.
